The American Head and Neck Society has announced their Recognition of the establishment of the Irish Head and neck Society
Dear Members of the Irish Head and Neck Society,
Congratulations on the formation of the first Irish Head and Neck Society! While this organization may be new, there is a long and fruitful history of impactful head and neck surgeons that have originated from your country. It’s so wonderful to see this society come together to share knowledge and exchange scientific ideas that will benefit our joint mission of providing the best quality of care to our patients.
Many of our AHNS surgeons have trained with IHNS leaders and have seen the important contributions you have made to our specialty. Thank you for coming together formally through this society and know we are always available for help and support as you launch this necessary initiative.
We hope that we will continue to partner with our colleagues at the IHNS through our International Conferences as well through our membership. We welcome all IHNS members to our society and look forward to a future together, learning, growing and researching ways to treat the head and neck oncology patient.
