Annual Event FAQ
Registration
Registration is available every year a few months before the event on the main event page.
There is a cost associated with Event registration.
This cost is higher if you are not a member.
Dinner Reservation
Dinner reservation may be made at the time of registration or using a separate form.
There is a cost associated with there reservations.
Do I need to be a member?
You do not need to be a member to register for the event.
We recommend that you register as a member before the event to avail of discounted tickets and all the other membership benefits.
Abstract Submissions
Abstract Submissions are opened a few months before the event and can be submitted online using our easy forms.
