• The body of the abstract is to be structured into: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion
• The body of the abstract is strictly limited to 200 words, exclusive of names of authors, institutions, and specialties
• Names of all authors and affiliations/institutions must be included
• Names should not include titles (Prof / Dr etc.) just full names (e.g. Firstname Surname)
• There are prizes for the best paper and best poster
• The closing date for abstract submissions is Thursday Feb 27th, 2026
